Step 1: Thawing Your Loaf
You have two easy ways to thaw your bread depending on when you need it:
  • On the Counter (Best for same-day or next-day use): Take the loaf out of the freezer and let it sit on your counter in its packaging. If you leave it out overnight, it will be perfectly thawed and ready to be consumed or refreshed the next morning.
